About this item:
I’ll bring my dye supplies to you – or you can come to me – and I’ll teach you the step-by-step process of natural dyeing using seasonal plants or vegetal waste. We’ll go over all the basic steps in detail: mordanting, extracting and working with dye from plant matter, and post-treating your textiles. We will create a range of colors from at least two dye plants. Fabric samples will be supplied to test the dye colors and we can work with garments/textiles you provide.
