The event will be an in-person party at the residency in Petaluma, CA, with a live & silent auction, and an online silent auction, so we can include our supporters near and far. We'll be raising money for our 2026 Artist Support Fund (formerly known as our grant program), which supports talented artists who wish to attend our residency.

In addition to the in-person reception and featured item auction, we are also hosting a Silent Auction! All auction items (featured and silent) are available for viewing through the Auction Gallery page.

| 3:00 pm | Doors open, in-person reception with live music by Spike Sikes, catered food and refreshments begin, viewing and bidding on silent auction items, interactive print activity for young and old- Exquisite Corpse prints on the letterpresses |
| 4:30 pm | Live Auction begins |
| 5:30 pm | Live Auction ends, Closing toast, the in-person reception and music continues |
| 5:45 pm | Silent Auction closes, purchases wrapped up for winning bidders |
| 6:00 pm | Live music ends, reception continues for the young at heart |
